New residents: Must obtain Kansas license within 90 days of moving to Kansas (p.11)
Renewal: License expires on the driver's birthday (p.15). Division of Vehicles sends notice at least 30 days before expiration. Renew at any driver's license office. Expired license carries a $1.00 penalty fee; expired 1+ year requires full re-testing (vision, written, driving) (p.14).
