All 93 counties have driver licensing services â check non-permanent location schedules at dmv.nebraska.gov/locations. Bellevue, Lincoln, and Omaha locations: drive testing by appointment only. Appointments highly recommended at all major offices. Douglas, Lancaster, and Sarpy County offices do not accept checks.
