⚠️ Implied Consent: when you drive in Utah you've agreed to chemical testing. Refusing carries an 18- to 36-month revocation, separate from any DUI conviction. A plea "held in abeyance" does not show on your MVR for a regular driver — but it disqualifies a CDL and counts as a prior offense if you're caught again.

⚖️ Utah DUI Sanctions
